insomnia/nightmares.. HELP.
its 4:16 AM, I am wide awake watching The Nanny.. I really hate this. I get into insomniac mode all the time. I get tired around 11:30 PM (normal) but for some damn reason I cannot actually sleep until 4am-5am. I lay in bed for fucking literally 5 hours doing NOTHING. I watch tv, I get on facebook/tumblr.
